- 能力や業務内容に応じて、プロジェクト単位の報酬となる場合があります。

- プロジェクトによってはスタジオ、研究スペース、イベント会場での作業が必要です。

We are hiring people who can support this production environment.
Studio Daito Manabe researches and builds a new production environment structured around AI agents. AI handles information structuring, research, implementation proposals, and prototype generation, while humans make decisions, edit, and connect the output to actual production and research.
Production Workflow
We run a pipeline that converts many different information sources into production and research projects. AI agents handle research and preparation, while humans evaluate the output and decide whether it should proceed.

- Training: JPY 2,000 / hour
- Layer 1: JPY 2,200 - 2,700 / hour
- Layer 2: JPY 2,700 - 3,700 / hour
- Layer 3: JPY 3,700 - 6,000 / hour
- Depending on skill level and scope, compensation may also be project based.

- Depending on the project, work at the studio, research space, or event site may be required.
- Applicants based in Tokyo or nearby areas are preferred.
